Well, it might not be the warmest surf destination, but the Hossegor area from Capreton till Soustons, Vieux Boucau or Moliets got crazy consistant surf and sand banks all winter through.
There's plenty other positive points to it; way less tourists, surfcamps are closed, empty line ups, barreling beach breaks and cheap accomodation and baguettes.
Apart from the surf, there's also the magic of the calm compared to the howling high season in Europe's surf mecca.
